Our internship programme welcomes more than 550 students each year across our luxury resorts in Greece and Spain. We collaborate with hospitality schools, universities and recruitment agencies worldwide to provide structured, well-supported learning placements, igniting a passion for hospitality in every one of our students.

Student provisions & benefits

A competitive salary: €850 gross (Greece) | €1,000 gross (Spain)
Shared accommodation with full-board meals

Work 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, 2 days off
Placement duration: 3–6 months (March–November)
